Introduction


Considering its wide market and its potential for growth, the plant industry is a very attractive choice for those who wish to enter a huge global market with large-scale employees and capital. With such big ambitions, our team established an imaginary firm called SMART Engineering, with a size of 4,970 employees that has been under operation since the year 1983. The vision is to become a global leading engineering company, and the main businesses include hydrocarbon (petrochemical, refinery, gas) and industry & infrastructure (power plant, water treatment). With sales revenue of $5 billion, our company has been very successful, with continued expansion worldwide through regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and North America.
In such an industry, it is challenging to create a human resource management system that aligns with all external and internal fits for all employees within the company. With due consideration, we designed a firm and an appropriate system that encompasses the core parts of the company.
